Chocolate Cake
Ingredients :
- 150g sugar
- 4 egg yolks and whisked egg whites
- 100g flour
- 10g Linette
- 100g melted butter
- 1 bar of melted dark chcolate
- 1 packet of yeast
- 1/2 pot of fresh cream
Cooking Time : 25 min
Instructions :
- Mix the flour and Linette thoroughly
- Mix the sugar, egg yolk, flour, butter, chocolate and cream in a large bowl
- Fold in the egg whites and yeast
- Mix to a smooth paste
- Place in a cake tin and and cook in a pre-heated oven for 25min at 180°C
