Chocolate Cake

 

 

Ingredients :

  • 150g sugar
  • 4 egg yolks and whisked egg whites
  • 100g flour
  • 10g Linette
  • 100g melted butter
  • 1 bar of melted dark chcolate
  • 1 packet of yeast
  • 1/2 pot of fresh cream

Cooking Time : 25 min

Instructions :

  • Mix the flour and Linette thoroughly
  • Mix the sugar, egg yolk, flour, butter, chocolate and cream in a large bowl
  • Fold in the egg whites and yeast
  • Mix to a smooth paste
  • Place in a cake tin and and cook in a pre-heated oven for 25min at 180°C
