These are the terms and conditions of Premium Crops – a division of Cefetra Limited, Registered in Scotland No. SC138730 (hereafter “PC Terms”) and shall apply to each and every transaction undertaken by Premium Crops – a division of Cefetra Limited (hereafter “PC”) where PC acts as a Seller of Linette® products via LoveLinseed.co.uk. These terms shall not be varied without express written agreement.

Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which PC makes the products available to you


The LoveLinseed website refers to a website operated and run by PC. The website address is www.lovelinseed.co.uk

‘Seller’ means PC

‘Buyer’ means the person or organisation detailed in the relevant Account section of the LoveLinseed website


Each contract is domiciled in England and Wales and English law applies. Where a dispute is referred for determination by arbitration it is subject to the rules of the referred arbitral institute and the Arbitration Act 1996 including any subsequent amendment.

If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.


The following terms shall apply to all sales of Linette® products made via the LoveLinseed website from 24th October 2018.

Prices and VAT

Please note that the prices on the LoveLinseed website are guide prices only. The actual price you pay will be the price detailed on the Order at the Checkout stage of the order process on the LoveLinseed website.

All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rate specified when you place your order.


If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. When an item you have ordered is unavailable we will attempt to deliver as soon as possible when that product is available.

To ensure availability of all our products customers may be limited to a maximum number of items.


Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is only formed when we have despatched your order. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you.


Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you place your order.

Deliveries will be made by a third-party service provider e.g. Royal Mail postage, and whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, PC cannot accept any liability for failure on the part of those third-party service providers. Consequently, PC will not be liable if we fail to do deliver an order on time, either in part or in full, due to circumstances beyond our control.

If a Delivery is lost in transit and is not received by the Buyer, the Buyer should notify PC by calling us on 02392 632883 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Wherever possible a replacement order will be despatched immediately, or a full refund made.


Payments can only be accepted via the LoveLinseed website, which uses Paypal business services to process online payment. All Terms and Conditions relating to Payment will necessarily be the same as those of Paypal.


When your order is delivered you may return any item to PC at the Whitedale Farm address (detailed above) within 30 days and receive a full refund of the invoice amount if you are unhappy for any reason.

PC will refund your money in the same way you initially paid for it. For credit or debit card payments and other payments via Paypal, Buyer’s money will go back onto the same card / same account. Allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in the account.

This refund policy is in addition to and does not affect any of the Buyer’s legal rights.
