Sable Bretin with Linette

 

 

Ingredients :

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 300g caster sugar
  • 425g flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 300g butter
  • 25g of Linette
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions :

  • Mix the butter, sugar and salt to a paste
  • Add the eggs and mix again
  • Add the flour, baking powder and linette
  • Put the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic film and rest for 12 hours
  • Roll out and cut the shortbreads into biscuit shapes
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 150°C
