Sable Bretin with Linette
Ingredients :
- 4 egg yolks
- 300g caster sugar
- 425g flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 300g butter
- 25g of Linette
- A pinch of salt
Instructions :
- Mix the butter, sugar and salt to a paste
- Add the eggs and mix again
- Add the flour, baking powder and linette
- Put the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic film and rest for 12 hours
- Roll out and cut the shortbreads into biscuit shapes
- Bake in a pre-heated oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 150°C
