Far Breton with Prunes
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 250g sugar
- 200g flour
- 30g Linette
- 1lt milk
- 15g butter
- 3cl rum
- 1 pinch of salt
- prunes
Cooking time 60 minutes
Instructions:
- Whisk the eggs
- Add the salt and sugar
- During this time, melt the butter in the milk, without bringing it to the boil
- Mix Linette with flour then add to the egg & sugar mix
- Add in the hot milk while gently stirring
- Add in the rum
- Butter the dish and line it with prunes
- Cover the prunes with the mixture
- Bake at 200oc for 1hr and.... treat yourself
