Bleu-Blanc-Coeur Bread

Here is a recipe to make a 750g Blue-Blanc-Coeur bread loaf in a bread maker.
Add the following ingredients in the order they are written...
- Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Water: 325ml
- Salt: 2 teaspoons
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Milk powder: 3 tablespoons
- Flour T55: 500g
- Linette: 2 tablespoons
- Dry Yeast: 2 tablespoons
Cook for 3hrs 20minutes and enjoy !
